Bungling prisons bosses have admitted a blunder after forcing toddlers to have their ginerprints and photographs taken on visits to a new Titan jail.
Over-zealous staff at HMP Oakwood - a 1,605 capacity Titan prison in Staffordshire which is run by G4S and opened in April this year - only realised their mistake after a string of complaints from relatives visiting loved ones in jail.
Children as young as two were told to 'pose up' for photos and have their fingerprints taken before being allowed into a visiting room to see male relatives.
