DMX reunites with fiancee Desiree and son Exodus after serving a one year prison sentence for tax evasion... but must now pay $2.3m in restitution


The X Gon Give It To You rapper will apparently hit the ground running as TMZ reports that he will be releasing a new album and working on movie projects including a possible biopic. This comes nearly 10 months after DMX was was sentenced to a year in jail and three more of supervised release in New York City in connection with tax fraud.The performer had appeared before Federal Judge Jed Rakoff, who told DMX that his offense was 'brazen and blatant' and necessitated a stiff sentence, according to the AP. Prosecutors initially asked he spend five years in custody for the infraction, when factoring in past crimes he's been convicted of.
